The element ambiguous-letter-numerals-are-roman
specifies whether letters that can be interpreted both as letter numerals and as roman numerals should be interpreted as the latter.
E.g., 'c' would be interpreted as 3 if false and 100 if true.
If element is not present, the value is assumed to be true.
